Offerings
60-min sessions with weight or body weight. I will design program cycles to create accountability, muscular balance, & improved body composition. Train with me up to 3x per week.
Mindfulness
Meditation is available for an hour in stillness or movement. Within each session I will guide you through yoga or reiki for relaxation, mental and spiritual development, and optimizing your focus and attention.
